Andreas Fasoulides was born in Ammohostos

 at  4 of June in 1962.

 >In 1964 he moved in Limassol with his parents.

>He studied in the Municipal school of Saint Nikolas and then studied for three years

in the A’ Technical Faculty of Limassol in the sector of Metal and solder workers.

>After his military service he worked for three years in MEONIS Pottery factory

of Kostas and Thales Michaelides  in the industrial Region of Linopetra.

>At the same time he participated as a dancer in the Team of Expressive dance

 of Polinas Thrasivoulou and as a flute-player of a Flute with Adonis Florides.

>He also participated in many dance and music shows.

>He also watched the courses of ceramics that Professor Mr. Valentinos Charalampous

organized with the Center of Productivity of the Ministry of trade and industry.

>From 1987 up to 2000 he worked as a self-employed worker in his own Ceramics workshop called “Floga Pottery”.

 >At the same time he manufactured professional Ceramic ovens.

 >From 1997 and for three years he organized courses of pottery in Kaminaria

 that were financed by the Cultural Servises of Ministry of Education and Culture.

>From 2000 and up to 2004 he worked as a craftsman in the Therapeutic Community of Ayia Skepi  in Filani-Politiko.

>There he organized courses of art for pottery, vitro, wood crafting, painting, batik and copper engraving.

>In May 2004 he organized the European Course of Pottery in Kaminaria in collaboration with the EKATE.

 >In 2004 and 2005 he was assigned as the instructor of the Education  Centers of Limassol in Pottery.

>From August 2005 he worked at the Hotel Atlantika as a technician.

>At the same time the last three years he participates in the European Programmes of Education of Adults

 with the program Socrates  as a representative of the  Folk Culture Centre  in Omodos.

> From 2005 he works in the Education Centers of Limassol as the instructor of Ceramics, and Wood curving.

 In September 2008 Andreas and Koulla Fasoulides create the Skarinou Pottery workshop in Skarinou Village.

Of the Skarinou village by giving our visitors the opportunity  to watch us how we do

our local ceramic potteries,

 work with us making there own ceramic on the    Prehistoric Experimental Workshop.

 Βιογραφικό Σημείωμα

Ο Ανδρέας Φασουλίδης γεννήθηκε στην Αμμόχωστο στης 4 Ιουνίου του 1962.

Το 1964 μετοίκησε στην Λεμεσό με τους γονής του. Φοίτησε στο Δημοτικό Σχολείο Αγίου Νικολάου και στην συνέχεια φοίτησε για 6 χρόνια στην Α Τεχνική Σχολή Λεμεσού στον κλάδο των Ελασματουργών / Συγκολλητών.

Μετά την Στρατιωτική του Θητεία εργάστηκε για 3 χρόνια στο Αγγειοπλαστείο ΜΕΟΝΗΣ του Κώστα και Θαλή Μηχαηλίδη στην Βιομηχανική Περιοχή Λινόπετρας.  

Παράλληλα συμμετείχε ως χορευτής στην Ομάδα Εκφραστικού Χορού της Πολίνας Θρασηβουλίδου και ως αυλητής πολύ-αυλού  με τον Άδωνη Φλωρίδη.

Έλαβε μέρος σε πολλές παραστάσεις χορού και μουσικής.

Επίσης παρακολούθησε τα μαθήματα Κεραμικής που οργάνωσε Ο Καθηγητής Κος. Βαλεντίνος Χαραλάμπους με το Κέντρο Παραγωγικότητας του Υπουργείου Εμπορίου και Βιομηχανίας.

Από το 1987 μέχρι το 2000 εργάστηκε ως αυτοτελώς εργαζόμενος στο δικό του Αγγειοπλαστείο με την ονομασία ‘ Αγγειοπλαστείο Φλόγα ’ .

Παράλληλα κατασκεύαζε επαγγελματικά καμίνια Κεραμικής.

 Από το 1997 και για 3^ης χρονιές οργάνωσε πολυήμερα εργαστήρια αγγειοπλαστικής στα Καμινάρια που χρηματοδοτήθηκαν από της Πολιτιστικές Υπηρεσίες του Υπουργείου Παιδείας και Πολιτισμού.

Από το 2000 και μέχρι το 2004 εργάστηκε ως τεχνίτης στην Θεραπευτική Κοινότητα Αγία Σκέπη στο Φιλάνι – Πολιτικό εκεί οργάνωσε τα εργαστήρια τέχνης για Αγγειοπλαστική, Vitro, Ξυλογλυπτική, Ζωγραφική,  batik και Χαλκογραφία.

Το Μάιο του 2004 οργάνωσε το Ευρωπαϊκό εργαστήρι Κεραμικής στα Καμινάρια σε συνεργασία με το ΕΚΑΤΕ.

Το 2004 και 2005 διορίστηκε ως εκπαιδευτής των Επιμορφωτικών Κέντρων Λεμεσού στην Αγγειοπλαστική. 

Από τον Αύγουστο του 2005 εργάζεται στο Ξενοδοχείο Ατλάντικα ως τεχνικός.

Παράλληλα τα τελευταία 3 χρόνια συμμετέχει σε Ευρωπαϊκά Προγράμματα Εκπαίδευσης Ενηλίκων με το Πρόγραμμα Σωκράτης ως εκπρόσωπος του Κέντρου Λαϊκού Πολιτισμού στο Όμοδος.

Από το 2005 εργάζεται στα Επιμορφωτικά Κέντρα Λεμεσού ως εκπαιδευτής στην Κεραμική, Ξυλογλυπτική και χειροτεχνίες.

Το Σεπτέμβριο του 2008 Ο Ανδρέας και η Κούλλα Φασουλίδη ιδρύουν το Αγγειοπλαστείο Σκαρίνου στην καρδιά του Χωριού ΣΚΑΡΙΝΟΥ.
